FAQ

  • Do you take deposits?

No, not at this time. However, if you no show without contacting me, there’s a good chance I’ll ask for a deposit next time. If you no show, no call more than once, you unfortunately will be blacklisted.

$60 minimum, $120 an hour (needle in skin time)

  • Under 18?

You must be at least 16 years of age with parental consent to be tattooed. Please note, I will not tattoo any subject matter I deem inappropriate or placements such as hands or face.

  • Can I bring a friend ?

Yes! if you’d like to bring a friend for some emotional support feel free. All I ask is let me know ahead of time.

Want to get a tattoo with your friend? See “booking for multiple people below”

  • Something has come up, can I cancel/reschedule?

    Absolutely, life happens!

My schedule allows you to cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled day & time.

If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, my schedule will have locked and won’t allow further editing. Instead, please email me chlotattoos13@gmail.com

  • Can I use numbing cream?

Absolutely. I just ask if you’re planning on applying some of your own before you come, please send me (in your inquiry) a photo or brand name of the numbing cream you plan on using. Otherwise I have numbing cream at the studio for those spicy spots! Happy to offer you some as long as we have time for it to sit.

  • Can I book for multiple people ?

If you’d like to have a joint appointment with a friend (or two), my studio can support 3 clients max.

When booking joint appointments, have one group member fill out an inquiry form as normal, but be sure to include everyones tattoo ideas, placement, references, etc.

Please only choose 2pm slots, as they are the only available times suitable in duration for multiple clients.

  • Tattoo ticket / self drawn

I will not copy tattoos or work from other artists, so the images you send will only be taken as reference. The exception to this is:

A Tattoo ticket (some artists will sell their designs and give permission for you to use their image as a tattoo)

    OR

A drawing/handwriting you came up with yourself.

  • Safe space

This is your tattoo appointment and I want you to be as comfortable as possible. A few things to keep in mind:

All bodies are welcome and things like:

Moving the stencil, having body hair, needing a break, complaining about the pain, not liking my design, tapping out, being nervous or self harm scars

    are never an issue.

  • Can I change the design?

Short answer, absolutely. Always. Tattoos are permanent and I want you to love it before committing to a design.

Long answer; I typically do not send designs ahead of time, so when inquiring please be as descriptive as possible and include any necessary info or references to help me bring your idea to life.

If you arrive to your appointment, I show you the design and it’s not quite what you were going for, as long as I have time, I don’t mind making small tweaks or changes. I always set aside some time for stencilling. However, larger changes may cut into tattooing time, and unfortunately affect appointments after you. If this is the case I will make note of all changes you’d like made and reschedule for another date.
